We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support personal injury case operations and help maintain accurate, organized, and efficient workflows.
Role Description
This role supports personal injury case operations by keeping matters organized, accurate, and moving smoothly through pre-litigation workflows. The selected candidate will work within internal case management systems to update case data, track treatment and insurance information, manage documents, support task completion, and assist operational teams in maintaining strong coordination with law firm partners.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable with administrative and data-heavy tasks, responsive during work hours, and able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred availability is 8 AM to 5 PM EDT, though exceptional candidates from other time zones may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain accurate case data within internal systems.
- Track medical treatment, insurance details, claim information, and case status updates.
- Organize, upload, and manage legal and operational documents.
- Support task completion across different stages of pre-litigation workflows.
- Collaborate with operational teams and law firm partners to ensure smooth case handling.
- Maintain organized records and ensure workflow accuracy.
- Use internal tools and AI-assisted systems to improve efficiency and task management.
- Communicate updates clearly through Slack and internal communication platforms.
- Follow structured workflows and operational processes consistently.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Comfortable working with administrative, document-heavy, and process-driven tasks.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Strong written communication and responsiveness during working hours.

- Previous experience in data entry, operations, legal support, or administrative work is a plus.
