We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Automation Specialist to lead content strategy, marketing workflows, audience engagement, and AI-powered automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Create and manage content including short-form social media posts, blogs, newsletters, long-form editorial content, video scripts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Build and optimize marketing workflows, AI agents, and automated systems using tools like Claude, Zapier, and HubSpot.
  • Manage CRM workflows, audience segmentation, email automation, and campaign reporting through HubSpot.
  • Analyze marketing and content performance data to identify trends and improve strategy.
  • Conduct audience research and persona-based content planning.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Support SEO strategy, keyword research, and search optimization efforts.
  • Assist in managing paid social and search advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Coordinate with video production and creative teams for visual storytelling and campaign execution.
  • Maintain strong project management practices while handling multiple campaigns and priorities independently.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, brand communications, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in content creation across social media, blogs, editorial, email marketing, web copy, and video scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) for content drafting, research, workflow acceleration, and AI-assisted strategy.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM management, reporting dashboards, email automation, and workflow setup.
  • Experience using Zapier for multi-step automation workflows and cross-platform integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, audience insights, traffic analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Familiarity with social media publishing, scheduling, and community management.
  • Ability to independently manage projects, priorities, and execution with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in nonprofit, social enterprise, NGO, FMCG, or CPG marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience collaborating on paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of SEO strategy and keyword research.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content collaboration.
  • Experience working with international or cross-cultural audiences.
  • Video production or creative direction experience is a plus.
