We are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our core team and drive strategic growth across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients across international markets.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from initial conversations to contract closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Represent MyNextDeveloper in virtual meetings, demos, and global networking events.
- Maintain and update CRM tools to track outreach, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Assist in refining BD processes for scalability and long-term success.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a tech/startup environment.
- Prior experience working with global clients or in international markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — strong conversational ability is non-negotiable.
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools, CRMs, and lead generation strategies.
- Proven track record of closing deals and building sustainable business relationships.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or recruitment/tech services is highly preferred.
