Data Deletion Instructions

We use this data only to respond to you, provide our services, and manage our relationship with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

Please include your full name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting us (for example on your Facebook lead form or job application), so we can locate your records. If you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram, mentioning that helps us find the right data faster. You do not need to give a reason for your request.

Removing the app stops any further data from being shared with us through Facebook, but it does not delete data we have already received. To have that data deleted, please also send us a deletion request by email as described above.

We will usually do this by replying to the email address on record. We will only ask for the minimum information needed to confirm the request is genuinely yours.

Once deletion is complete, we will email you a confirmation. Data held in encrypted backups is removed as those backups are rotated out on their normal schedule, and is not used in the meantime.

Examples include invoices and tax records, signed contracts, and a minimal record that you asked us to delete your data and not to contact you again. Anything we keep is restricted to that purpose and deleted once it is no longer required.

To manage or delete data stored by Facebook or Instagram, use the privacy tools in your Meta account, such as Accounts Center and Download or delete your information.
