About the Role

MyNextDeveloper is looking to connect with qualified data center operators, colocation providers, data center owners, AI infrastructure providers, and infrastructure brokers that can provide high-density, air-cooled data center capacity for an NVIDIA HGX B300 deployment. This is a vendor sourcing requirement for physical data center infrastructure and colocation capacity. It is not a software engineering position or an individual employment opportunity. We are seeking move-in-ready capacity that is operational now or available in the very near term, with energized power and live cooling already in place. The initial requirement starts at approximately 1 MW and may scale significantly based on availability. We are interested in multi-MW contiguous capacity with room for expansion and can potentially take up to 100 MW. Facilities worldwide will be considered, with a preference for the US, followed by Europe and APAC. Qualified vendors should be able to demonstrate that their facility meets the required power density, cooling, redundancy, connectivity, operational, and deployment requirements. Reach out to the MyNextDeveloper team via chat or submit your facility details through the application form below.

  • Provide operational, move-in-ready data center capacity for NVIDIA HGX B300 infrastructure.
  • Provide a minimum of 1 MW of available capacity for the initial deployment.
  • Support multi-MW contiguous deployments with the ability to expand as required.
  • Support potential requirements of up to 100 MW.
  • Support approximately 35–40 kW per rack using air cooling alone.
  • Provide energized power and live cooling at the time of deployment.
  • Provide hot-aisle or cold-aisle containment suitable for high-density GPU infrastructure.
  • Provide A+B power feeds to each rack.
  • Provide 415V / 400V three-phase power.
  • Provide metered and switched PDUs.
  • Provide N+1 or better power and cooling redundancy.
  • Provide Tier III equivalent or concurrently maintainable infrastructure.
  • Provide a 100% power SLA.
  • Provide carrier-neutral connectivity with at least two carriers.
  • Provide diverse network entry paths.
  • Provide 24/7 remote hands and on-site operational support.
  • Provide clear timelines for capacity availability and customer move-in.
  • Support an accelerated technical qualification, commercial evaluation, contracting, and deployment process.
  • Provide additional capacity and expansion options where available.

What You'll Need

  • Be a data center owner, operator, colocation provider, AI infrastructure provider, or qualified data center capacity partner.
  • Have currently operational capacity or capacity becoming operational in the very near term.
  • Have energized power and live cooling available for the proposed deployment.
  • Have at least 1 MW of available capacity for the initial requirement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to support 35–40 kW per rack through air cooling alone.
  • Support high-density GPU deployments without requiring liquid cooling for the specified rack density.
  • Have hot-aisle or cold-aisle containment.
  • Provide A+B redundant power feeds per rack.
  • Provide 415V / 400V three-phase power infrastructure.
  • Provide metered and switched PDUs.
  • Maintain N+1 or better power and cooling redundancy.
  • Provide Tier III equivalent infrastructure or comparable concurrently maintainable design.
  • Provide a 100% power SLA.
  • Provide carrier-neutral connectivity.
  • Provide at least two network carriers with diverse network entries.
  • Provide 24/7 remote hands capability.
  • Be able to provide facility specifications, available MW, rack density, cooling configuration, power architecture, connectivity options, and availability timelines during the qualification process.
  • Be able to support rapid commercial discussions and contracting for suitable capacity.
  • Have additional contiguous capacity or a credible expansion path where possible.
  • Proposed capacity should be existing or near-term operational capacity rather than a powered shell or future development without energized power and live cooling.
