• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify leads based on business needs and requirements
• Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in the CRM
• Work closely with the team to understand client requirements and solutions
• Track outreach and lead generation performance and share regular updates

Mitä tarvitset

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
• Comfortable with cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plus
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools
• Ability to communicate confidently with potential clients
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
